Setting up your Favorites List in the Guide:
Click the MENU button on your remote
- Select “Favorites”
- Select “Create”
- You will notice the box next to “Name” will be highlighted in Green. This is the default name for the new favorites list. To change the name click OK on the remote. This will bring up a keypad. Using the arrow buttons on your remote control click the “clear all” button to erase the default name. Then scroll around and click OK on the letters and/or numbers to spell your new name. When you have finished, highlight the “Done” button and click OK on your remote.
- You will then see a list of channels pop up on the left side of the screen. Use the arrow buttons to move down the list. Simply click OK on the channels you want added to your favorites list.
- When you have finished, scroll to the bottom right hand side of the screen to “update” and click OK. Your list will be saved.
- To find your favorites list later simply click the guide button until the name of your list appears on the upper left tab above the guide.
Editing your Favorites
- Click the MENU button on your remote
- Select “Favorites”
- Select “Edit”
- Select your list
- Scroll through the program list and click OK to add and/or remove a channel.
- When finished click on “update” in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
Shortcut to Edit Favorites List
- While watching a program, click the OK button on your remote. A list of functions will appear.
- Click “add/remove” from favorites.
- Choose “add” or “delete”
Setting Autotune or a Reminder
- While in the guide, scroll to the program you would like to view later.
- Click on the program and a list of choices will appear.
- Click on “Set Autotune” and your TV will automatically tune to the selection when the show begins. OR
- Click on “Set Reminder” and your TV will display a message when the show is about to begin.
